FoEs have-603-type optical characteristics test experimental

FOE-603 optical and electrical properties testing experimental systems on a single platform on the semiconductor light-emitting devices and photodetectors to characterize the test experiment, the experimental system using a modular structure, including the power control of the module (1); (2) photoelectric detector characteristic testing; (3) light source characteristics of the test; (4) of the photomultiplier tube characteristics testing; (5) characteristics of the test of the avalanche photodiode; (6) the spectral characteristics of the test. The experimental system of the light source and detector can be replaced according to the different experiments, between each module is relatively independent at the same time interrelated, an independent module of experiments according to experimental needs, but also can design a comprehensive experiment. The whole experimental system share a fourth gear range DC voltmeter module (2) and (3) shared a fourth gear range DC ammeter module (4) and (5) share a DC microampere ammeter. This experimental system can be used for teaching professional set up of science and engineering colleges and universities information engineering, optics, physics, metrology, testing, instrument, automatic control, photoelectric sensing, measurement and control experiments. The experimental system is shown below.
